There’s an article on /. regarding Dennis Kucinich’s nearly successful bid to begin debate on the impeachment of Vice President Dick Cheney.

I’ve been trolling /. for quite some time now, and I usually find the comments much more enlightening than the original post. That is, when the malcontents aren’t ranting about off-topic blather. Anyway, here’s a quick exchange

k_187: You realize that the Democrats expect to win the next election and want the same powers that Bush et al. have had.

toddestan: Best I can tell, the Democrats are doing everything they possibly can to lose the next election. Luckily for them, the Republicans seem to be doing exactly the same thing.
