Hahaha!

I didn't know that being a "Freedom Fighter" also entitled you to possible retirement benefits via an IRA account. If that's the case, I should just quit my stupid office-job, grab a machete, and storm a banana plantation!

I hope it's really not the case, but I could see this company being the target of an SEC probe. I really hope I'm wrong though and that these guys are making an honest run at managing money.

and the music??? man, that makes me just wanna fork over my life savings! :D

I'm sorry. I shouldn't make such jokes at their expense but it's just begging for a punchline the way its put out. Kinda like an old man rapping. Again, I hope they are the real deal.

This is a good post, btw.

Your argument is one I make to my peers on a regular basis. Usually, it's less polite, includes a profane language, and has a strong call to action (IE "Get your butt in gear and contribute, yourself."), but it's the same message.

I disagree that my disdain for a financial services fund without a proper financial plan, or financial education, warrants such a statement, however. Would you complain if an Athletic Training major managed your 401K? If your local hospital was staffed by electricians? If your gym hired CPAs to be personal trainers?

I'm not throwing eggs so much as upholding a standard.

Maybe, just maybe you are the reason your generation is so very complacent. Waiting is not the answer to solving problems. Throwing eggs at people who are offering solutions, just makes you and egg thrower.

Thanks! The header actually only took me about 45 minutes to throw together, but I enjoy it a lot.

Indeed, "Libritarian" is not a word, however if it were, I'd jump on it, too. I sounds as if it might involve English majors in trench coats and kung fu, a most attractive combination.

First, I love your site's header. Brings me back to my programming days.

Second, I found this Ron Paul thing kind of strange, but definitely fascinating.

Third, is "Libritarian" a word? Because if it is, I want to be it. Something to do with defending libraries, the repositories of knowledge and wisdom, no doubt. I could totally get on board with that. :-)

Thanks for brightening my morning!
